Your data may be processed in countries outside your home country, including outside the UK and the EEA. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions to protect your data during transfer.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, meet legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

  • Marketing: used to measure and tailor communications, where applicable.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of our security practices. No system is completely secure, but we work continuously to reduce risk.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
